Why We Built This Site
Wisconsin generally favors public access, yet finding the correct custodian can be difficult. WCCA publishes circuit case summaries; Clark County Circuit Court conducts proceedings and enters decisions; and Clerk Heather Bravener preserves the written record and supplies available copies. Municipal ordinance matters may remain with a municipal clerk, while appeals use WSCCA. We bring the official contacts, search routes, case terminology, and request steps together without claiming to be the record custodian.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference site with no affiliation to Clark County, any Wisconsin court, the Clerk of Courts, or a state agency. Those boundaries mean:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
